For your convenience, it is easy to check our Therapists availability, see the schedule, book and pay for your appointment online by clicking on any “Book Now” button you see on the web page. After checking the Therapists availability online you can call or text 201-737-4224 to reserve an appointment. Please have the guests first & last name, cellphone number and email available if scheduling for a friend or family member. A credit/debit card is required to reserve an appointment, however, you are not charged for anything until after the appointment is completed. After your appointment, you can choose any form of payment you wish. You can also stop by our front desk to pay a 50% cash deposit if you would like to reserve an appointment without a credit/debit card.
Same-day appointments are sometimes available, and we can also put you on our waitlist. However, our massage therapists tend to be fully booked so we recommend booking in advance this is due to the personalized factor we infuse into each session.
Your appointment with your Therapist will start promptly and on time. Please feel free to arrive a few minutes early to use the restroom and enjoy a soothing cup of tea before you start. Your Therapist will check in with you and confirm your goals for your session then you’ll be given privacy to disrobe to your comfort level. Please arrive without make-up and minimal jewelry to ensure you receive maximum hands-on time with your Therapist. We also encourage you to silent your phone sit back and listen to soft music to deepen your experience.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. We also recommend factoring in looking for parking in your travel time as certain times of the day can be difficult. Time for your appointment has been specially arranged for you. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. We will do our best to provide you with the services you have booked, but we cannot guarantee the full time if you arrive late. Full payment for your scheduled services will be expected.
At Mind Your Body, our #1 goal is to provide quality care to all our clients in a timely manner. We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Appointments are in high demand and your advanced notice will allow another client in need, access to that appointment time. In order to be respectful of everyone’s time, please call Mind Your Body as soon as you are aware you will not be able to make your appointment. You can easily reschedule your appointment when you receive the reminder email 36 hour before your appointment by using the cancel/reschedule button at the bottom of this email. When you receive a text reminder 24 hours before your appointment you can call the office directly.
Yes, although it is best to schedule up to 2 weeks in advance. The demand is high and requires special scheduling consideration to give you and your loved one the best session possible.
We accept Cash, Credit/Debit cards. Payment through Zelle or Venmo is also accepted. Please let the Front desk know when you are making your appointment.
Tips/gratuities are not required but are happily accepted based on your gratification of our services to you. The best way you can show us how much you enjoyed your session is to recommend a friend or family member. Just text “mindyourbody” to 64600 and you and your referral will get 20% off your next service.
When you have any of these conditions, please do not book a massage:
  • Fever
  • Contagious diseases, including any cold or flu, no matter how mild it may seem
  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol-including prescription pain medication
  • Recent operations or acute injuries
  • Neuritis
  • Skin diseases
